Cubeb Pepper

A close relative of common black pepper, these fancy "tailed peppers" have a warm, pleasant aroma and a pungent, pine-y flavor. Absolutely amazing as a black pepper substitute, in warming spices with cloves and cinnamon, in ras el hanout, in garam masala, in tagines, or infused into spirits.
